4 TIPS FOR EASY STYLING

Does getting dressed every morning take forever? You try a black dress, and think "no that's too classy. "  Then you go for a pair of jeans and a dressy top but it doesn't look right together. What if I told you getting dressed could take you 5 minutes? All you need to do is plan  your outfits. There are different ways you can plan from putting  together weekly outfits to building outfit formulas. I've outlined four of my favorites for you below:

1. Plan your outfits for the Week:

Spend about an hour each week picking out your outfits. Most mornings the clothes I wear reflect how  I feel. So I don't recommend deciding assigning a day to each outfit, but I suggest having options.

2. Use your Pinterest board for inspiration:

Use your Pinterest board to style similar outfits, but always remember to make them your own.

3. Experiment with each new purchase

Every time you buy a new item, look for three ways to style it with the clothes you already own. Snap a pic so you remember how you styled it.

4.  Build a uniform/(s):

A uniform is a variation of one outfit. For example, I often wear high-waisted jeans and a t-shirt. I can take that outfit formula and style different outfits. One outfit may not fit for every part of your life, so I build a few uniforms vs just one .

Psst, feeling overwhelmed and like you can’t do this all on your own. Check out The Wardrobe Revamp where I coach you through building a functional closet you absolutely love.
